Rod Marsh, legendary ‘keeper-batter, dies aged 74
Australian cricket legend Rod Marsh has died at the age of 74 after suffering a heart attack last week.
He suffered the heart attack in Bundaberg in Queensland and was transferred to a hospital in Adelaide early this week to be closer to his family.
Mr Marsh played 96 Tests for Australia between 1970 and 1984 and when he retired he held the world record for wicketkeeping dismissals with 355.
