Judge Houses

Another first, three judges’ houses will take place in the same destination with Cowell, Field, and Williams all taking their categories to Los Angeles, while Tomlinson will apparently take his category to Barcelona, Spain.

At judges’ houses, each judge will pick four acts to make the live shows.

Robbie Williams has the Groups and will be taking them to Beverley Hills with guest judge David Walliams.

Acts in the Groups category are A* made up of Acacia, 15 and Aaliyah, 14, LMA Choir, 18-40 from Liverpool, Misunderstood made up of Stefan, 25 and Jeff, 27 both from London, Panda and Burgundy, 49 and 41 from USA, girl group Sweet Sense made up of Billie 18, Ellie 17, Kezia 15, Gaia 15 and Charlie 18 and boy band Vibe 5 made up of Kieran 22, Jack 17, Jon 18, Blaise 17 and Elliot 18.

Louis Tomlinson will take the Boys category to Ibiza with fellow One Direction star Liam Payne plus Nile Rodgers.

Contestants in the Boys category are Anthony Russell, 28, from Liverpool, Armstrong Martins, 23 from London, Brendan Murray, 21 from Galway, Dalton Andre Harris, 24 from Jamaica, J-Sol, 25 from London and Thomas Pound, 20 from Bridgend.

Ayda Williams will be in LA with the Overs, joined by guests Leona Lewis and Adam Lambert.

Her final six acts are are Danny Tetley, 37 from Bradford, Giovanni Spano, 33 from London, Janice Robinson, 50 from USA, Louise Setara, 30 from Surrey, Olatunji Yearwood, 32 from Trinidad and Tobago and Ricky John, 37 from London.

Simon Cowell will take the girls to Malibu with some 50 guests from the music business including Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul, Diane Warren and Ryan Seacrest.

There’s also former X Factor winner Leona Lewis and judges’ houses regular Sinitta .

The next day, Simon sits down with the acts one by one to reveal which four of them are going through to the live shows.

The X Factor Judges Houses air from Sunday 7th October, 8pm on ITV

The judges’ houses continue next weekend with Robbie Williams taking the Groups to Beverley Hills with guest judge David Walliams. Louis Tomlinson will take the Boys category to Ibiza with fellow One Direction star Liam Payne plus Nile Rodgers. Finally, Ayda Williams will fly the Overs with her to LA, joined by guests Leona Lewis and Adam Lambert.

The live shows will begin with the finalists at the end of the month, airing weekends through until December where the winner is crowned.

At judges’ houses, each judge will pick four acts to make the live shows.

Six Chair Challenge

Take a look back at the six-chair challenge was conducted over three days, from 1 to 3 August 2018 at the SSE Arena in Wembley.

Auditions

Take a look back at highlights in the season. It was announced in April 2018, auditions took place only at London’s SSE Arena, Wembley, on 18–20, 22–24 and 26–28 July 2018.

Moreover, Field has the overs, Tomlinson has the boys, Cowell has the girls and Williams has the groups.
